For the life of me, I can't seem to get a sentinel pillar signal. I've nearly finished the expedition in entirety. After a couple hours of nonstop sentinel fighting, I've defeated level 5 waves on 5 separate occasions, across different planets in different systems. One of those times bugged out and I ended up fighting 3(!!!) sentinel walkers before just leaving since the wave couldn't be finished.
