Last night on freeway, I noticed a lost of power at 75 mph then it regained and all was well. This morning I got the same surge at around 45 and all 3 lights came on...SES, Slip and VDC. Apr 20, 2008 · The simplest thing to do is to take it back to the dealer. My 2008 Xterra had the VDC/slip light on when it was delivered. Just took it back the next day and they fixed it. Not really sure what the problem was. They said the steering angle detector (or something like that) had to be re-adjusted and the computer had to be reset.
