Le Diplomate was my favorite dining experience we had while in DC. The low lit ambience (for dinner) was charming and relaxing from the beginning. The bread options for the table are great. The wine selection is plenty and the waiter was knowledgeable of the wines. I had the scallops for dinner and they were absolutely delicious!!
