Yeah unfortunately you can only load one mod at a time, but I remember there being a separate mod tool that lets you activate gobble gums. So you’d load the Easter egg mod through black ops, then tab out and open the other tool during the game to activate the gobble gum (sorry I don’t remember the specific tool, but I’m sure it exists because I used it) Update 15.1 and the Mod Tools Open Beta are now live!
