Scrounging thru the db here, I found no direct reference for them, but eventually discovered that they appear after killing the boss Moroes in the banquet room. you only have the time to get them that the despawn is set to.. about a minute.Entrance to Return to Karazhan is at the tower bridge outside past a portcullis.
