Seems like such a simple fix. Rule #1 for NFA forms, put what is on YOUR FIREARM, not just something that's in the list. The eForm specifically asks for the Manufacturer, that is MKE. Century is the importer. The drop-down lists are full of terrible options that previous (disapproved) guys have entered manually. Thinking something like the Choate. Ish length should be fine though. A quick google search of MP5K specs (since it's not newer to the market) is 23.5" with the Choate stock or 22" with the B&T folder. I've never worried too much about the OAL of my firearm when it comes to the Form 1 as they don't check it anyway. Plenty of places to read up on what 922r says, but the bottom line is that SBRing an imported gun doesn’t get an exemption from 922r. SP5s are imported as pistols, and as such are exempt from 922r and come in with 100% non-US parts. When you SBR a semiauto pistol, you are making it into a semiauto rifle, so 922r applies.
