It may actually be related to the player's name. We've seen some cases where the name is triggering some kind of filter, so it doesn't allow that player to be used. It's something we've sent up to the Madden team for investigation, but I'm afraid I don't have any updates to share at the moment. Same issue for me. Even started a new HB FOF and it did the same thing around week 4 of regular season. Same thing just happened to me today. Was a lvl 25, with a CB that was 94 overall and everything reset but only for my League player. My H2H still has my level 25 and my Rep points. Face of Franchise glitch. So I just got madden 22 since it’s free on gamepass and it is still terrible.. I tried to enjoy it but my player got a speed bonus and it glitched somehow and made him sooo slow. It was painful.
