I have it lined up with the half circle and I have the right sized punch but it will not budge. The gun is in excellant shape so i'm positive rust is not stopping it from coming out. When looking at the mag tube, it appears that the mag cap pushes down on the end spacer (movable end cap that the spring fits into) and this then blocks the last shell. Is there some way to fix this on my own. Install a shorter spacer, or follower,etc. Three of the 3" shells work fine as the over all length is shorter than 4 of the 2 3/4" shell.

At least it has two stars on the barrel. I have patterned this gun with lead #6 and #7 1/2 at 40 yds. from a bench. The patterns run about 38% or cylinder bore.

You probably have your friction rings set for light loads. Remove the forearm and look in the forearm to see if there is a picture of how the rings are supposed to go.
