To cloud the water: some Armscor is made in the USA and some in the Philippines. I have shot almost 500 rounds of USA produced Armscor 22 WMR in my PMR-30 and it functions just fine. Of course the seller's add saying not to use it counts for a lot. The add clearly states they are selling Philippine-produced ammo. Sub 40, tan PMR-30, P-32 x2.

It’s not my first pick, but there is nothing wrong with it. It works OK in my 10/22, but it doesn't wan't to extract out of my LCR revolver. I think the brass might expand too much. It was actually the first ammo I fired from my LCR. Armscor ammo is made both in the USA and abroad, depending on the caliber. The 10mm stuff is USA made and has been reliable. I think in previous years Armscor ammo was a lot more iffy, but in recent years they've taken pains to improve quality, and I think the move to the USA was responsible for much of that. I bought one box, thankfully, of this ammo. It looks like the bullets are seated out too far. They are within spec. My manuals show 1.160 MAX OAL. These measured 1.159. But the bearing surface of the bullet extends out past the case about the thickness of a nickel.
