You need resistance 3 buff before ever considering heading there minimum. Resistance 3 buff is obtained in 2 ways: either through a wine build. Or. using 2x resistance rings (crafted with heart of diamond) and using shield of honor. Then you need advance protection on your gear, bonus points if you also have full +2 armor rolls on your baubles.
