You have tried bypassing pressure switch, so if you are confident you had a good connection in bypassing.Either the board is not sending a signal (120 volts) to the igniter. or your igniter may be bad. The inducer/exhaust fan should start. Check to see if it has 120 volts to it and manually spin it to see if it is stuck. Try gently tap the plastic relays on the circuit board with the plastic handle of a screwdriver. If the relay for the inducer fan is sticking it may start.
