That's the overdrive version of the TH400 but it is little different in size. Really good transmission though and better gears for the street than the 700R4/4L60(E) is. The 4L60 basically is a renamed 700R4 and the 4L60E is the electronic version of it. Both the 4L60E and the 4L80E will need a controller which adds an expense.
