Trying to get a feel on this and what I should do - long story short, I had a package sent from Denmark to the US and it's been sitting stuck at customs clearance since June 22 in the ISC Chicago facility. Usually when I get packages from overseas, customs only holds them for a few days.
My package headed to Ecuador was stuck there for 30 days. You can call customer support but I don't think that will do much. My package was sitting there without any update since 05/26/21. I got it on 6/23/21. Delivery address was in TX.
