Forscan can't activate the start/stop function you want because it apparently was never programmed by Ford in the first place. Hope this helps. the forscan spreadsheet for changing tire size gives you 2 options, nominal (type your new size in) or GPS (type on vehicle speed, actual speed, and hex). If you follow the gps one, it tells you to get the hex from the nominal part…. You have two options.

It matches any GPS I've used, sometimes lags 1 mph at most. They are definitely programmed from the factory for each truck's specific tire size. Using the Forscan tire calculator spreadsheet thingy, it says the value to be used is 099E for my current 275/55-20 tires.
