There should be a link in the r/Piracy megathread to the CreamAPI thread in cs.rin.ru, or in a post in one of the piracy related subreddits such as this one, it will explain how to use it. You can also look up AutoCreamApi or a similar program which makes the process easier.

I'd recommend using either autocreamapi or creaminstaller, more so creaminstaller since it also has other dlc unlockers built-in, but isn't as easy as autoceamapi to use. ...
