The problem is just with my downtown. High density does not have built-in parking and the spots on the roads are not enough. After placing a ton of underground parking and the giant parking tower traffic seems to have calmed down and just about everybody is parked but I needed a good 4000 spaces for downtown area alone.So, the majority of the props are on the sub buildings, all parking spaces. I didn't count exactly how many there were, it was a pain in the butt - but there's about 140. There are also quite a few lights in the interior of the parking garage and in the stairwell. There are a few garbage cans - and one entry point as well.The whole point of them is to feed whatever is nearby. If there are shops and offices then you need to feed the car parks appropriately with roads and then feed through to the offices and businesses with pedestrian streets. Perhaps having a underground parking lot with a smaller entrance could also help with this. Side note: residents of mixed housing also park in these parking lots, even though their building has a garage door. I don't know if this is intended or not, but in real life these garage doors often lead to smaller underground parking lots for residents.
