Case being actively reviewed means they're reusing your biometrics. You must of have biometrics at some point. Maybe from a few years back or probably when you get through port of entry your pictures and fingerprints was taken. I wouldn't worry about it. You gave the IO your A#, name, dob and address so they pulled your file up.
