In the shower, I wash the inside of my nose with soap (Cetaphil). I just can’t snotrocket for the life of me so I just clean the inside of my nose with my pinkies. I don’t shove them way in there, just to clean the nasal vestibule. Maybe it’s strange. It just feels like it’s cleaner (to me) than just blowing my nose.
