Re: I Got Stuck In 4th Gear! So I checked and rechecked everything. The fluid was down quite a bit. I got it topped off and took it for a test drive. In manual mode, I can stay in 5th, and it shifts “ok” I can feel some slippage between shifts. It shifts all the way to 5th and no trouble codes.I am not hard on the truck and changed the fluid and filters at 100k. It doesnt make any attempt to move in drive, but also doesnt make any noises. Normal position is with the piston up. Pushing the button will push the piston down, or it is supposed to go down when the brake pedal is pushed and truck is running.
