I recently acquired a CECHA01 that has a power on time of 3 days total, it’s never been opened, never been updated past firmware 1.10, and it’s Blu Ray drive has never read a game disc before. I was more excited getting this than my PS5 lmfao. It's imo one of the most beautiful consoles.

tldr - I got my ps3 stuck in an update loop. Formated the HDD. Now can't do anything but go into recovery mode. None of the options seem to help.
