No. The agile trait only applies to the attacks made with the weapon that has the trait and grapple itself doesn't have any such traits. For example Grapple/Warhammer then Dagger would be 0 MAP then -4 MAP because the dagger is agile. Dagger then Grapple/Warhammer would be 0 MAP then -5 MAP because grapple/warhammer is not agile.
