Madden 24 stuck on new items.
There is an absurd number of problems with Madden Ultimate Team at the moment and many have not even been acknowledged by EA. This post is attempt to bring all the issues to one place and ensure that they are hopefully seen: House Rules rewards rewarding the wrong reward or not rewarding anything at all. The daily tracker is missing since launch.

My game keeps getting stuck at the loading screen. This happened to me in 19. I believe what did it for me was unplugging/disconnecting internet when you see the orange/red Mahomes loading screen, before you press start. Press start, let it load all the way through, reconnect/re-plug in. Hope this helps man!

Xbox series s, had some rewards and packs, doesn’t matter which one you select everything just disappears besides “new items” in the top left, and then just the training in the top right. When I restart and go back into MUT it shows the the rewards from last time and loops back over.

Unless someone gets hold of a dev and tells them or pushes them to update it, it's probably not going to be updated to the new system. I just tested it out.
