Everything is LED. The turn signals appear to be installed correctly (that is with load resistors and everything) and they flash properly. However, when the headlights are on, both left and right hyper flashes. And here is the best part - even with headlights on they don't hyper flash 100% of the time. They do so perhaps 90% of the time.
