There's like 450 questions for FM and like 1000+ for "Medicine". I felt like it had a good spread of systems like you mentioned but it tended to be more outpatient management oriented. The COMAT is a joke compared to Uworld in terms of question difficulty. The only thing that makes it hard is the vague and poorly worded questions and bizarre topics they’ll test you on. I think I had like 5 rheum questions and had to guess on 3-4 of them.

All I ever did for comats was OME (I read the notes) and combank. I think once I did comquest and I got above 100 on all of them and honored FM and EM. 1.
