Hydroid needs all he can get out of a rework, and Corroding Barrage as an innate ability is a good start. Tempest Barrage is one of the only abilities in his kit that is actually pretty good, but other than being pirate-related, it doesn't have much else going for it other than being a weaker Smite.The hydroid rework is alright, but it would have been nice if they touched on his base stats.
