I can beat Junimo Kart occasionally, and I can beat JotPK consistently and usually only take 1-2 deaths max on worlds 1 and 2. Practice is the biggest thing - this took me many months of practice, but I only did a little at a time. Every time I opened Stardew I'd make sure to try a few rounds, and then stop before I got too frustrated.

On the 4th level look ahead and jump at the very last moment to beat the big gaps. On the 5th level, jump a lot and avoid the slime on the tracks. You'll get to 50k points before the 5th level ends if you pick up all three fruits on the other levels (except level 3).
