Thanks Ovid. I ended up getting a Safariland GLS style holster for the HK 45c. It's not the most compact setup, but I like the retention of the GLS locking mechanism, and it's easy to release the lock when I want to draw the gun. I think eventually I will try a Garrett OWB holster.

In my hand, the g30sf is a softer shooter. That being said, my hk45c is the more accurate pistol for me, clunky V1 trigger and all.
