How Credits are Issued. The REMC and WVPA capital credits are issued to the members upon the approval of the Board of Directors depending on the financial condition of the cooperative. Current members at the time when we return the funds will see a credit on their bill instead of the co-op spending significant dollars processing and mailing checks.
