Installed woods 555 cams woods roller lifters and had short block charlies increse valve seat size and street port heads adjustable push rods. pulling 102 h.p and 110 torque very happy with the hole set up. Set up for 10.25 to 1 compression.Current bike: 2018 Ultra Limited. Formerly owned bikes: 2008 Streetglide 103" 10.1:1. Woods TW-555 Cams. Bigboyz street port heads. Doherty Machine Power Pacc Air Breather. Kuryakyn Crusher True Duals. TTS Mastertune.Personally for a heavy bike I would run a tw6, 26, or 37. You don't need roller rockers unless you are running .550 lift and above. The tw6 is a .510 lift, the 37 is a .510 lift and the 26 is a .490 lift so none of these needs roller rockers. But with good pipes, tune and comp releases it will run great. 10:1 cr is moderate...190 psi ccc.

I swear by Feulings cam, I run a 525 Reaper in my 2011 96 inch motor but for a 103 the 543 Reaper is a solid performer, but if you want under 4k many people I know have gotten excellent low end with the 525 in a 103, my go to cam, good luck on your choice. But I am concerned about the 260 cams in the kit. I want a cam to start kicking in about 2500 and go to about 6000. I was looking at the Tman TR625G.

The reason the 103 HO engine has more compression than the earlier 103 engine is that HD used a different cam. The cam will change the compression ratio more than a head gasket will.
