Duramax ticking noise.

Engine ticking on new 2024 sierra hd duramax. Picked this truck up Monday. About 180 miles so far and noticed this ticking coming from the engine. I’ve never owned a diesel truck so not sure if this is normal… but I didn’t notice it the first few days… any ideas? That’s the “type writer tick”. They all do it. could possibly be the typewritter tick. Our old duramax had this weird ticking noise at idle and i believe it ended up being the bolts on the flywheel or something along those lines. I had the oil pan (pacific performance engineering pan )because original pan drain plug is too high and all oil don't drain out. now the noise is gone, I'm thinking the oil pick tube up was hitting the bottom of pan.Another note in the underwater soundscape.
