Update: I was accepted off the waitlist yesterday!! They seem to be doing it in waves, and starting early (I've heard a few other schools starting early as well, likely due to lower yield since COVID 19). I didn't send anything else to them, for reference. I am going to send a LOCI to Cornell, my other waitlist.

It might be cooked because on the common data set only 3 students were accepted from the waitlist out of over 5,000 students who applied to be on the waitlist so it is kind of cooked you would have a better chance transferring. 1. true.
Also, based solely on your list, BU seems to be your preference. Also, one last thing, if you are in a school like CU you aren't as exposed to many different people, or academic areas.
