I think the biggest winners of the haste change are hybrid casters, which basically means bladelock and sword bard—being able to attack twice and then cast a spell makes full use of both actions without burning spell slots like crazy. You can take pact of the blade to use a great sword but then you can’t take pact of the chain which would get you the find familiar spell.
