Nov 23, 2022 · First up on my list of the best stewards in Skyrim, I have Uthgerd the Unbroken! Uthgerd is a Nord Warrior found in The Bannered Mare tavern in Whiterun. She is a great choice for a steward because of her warrior skills and ability to fend off enemies. Uthgerd’s Level ranges from Level 6–30.
