We will be doing transfers with a few limitations in place. They are the following: There will be a minimum character level requirement. Specific level TBD.

Also, if you’re worried about transfers taking current supply off the APAC server’s GTN, you should also know that many more will be adding supply to the GTN supply with items they bring. So there should be no disruption. If anything, it will give the server population more items to choose from. If the problem is at your end, or your ISP's end, you may be able to fix it. If the problem is at the SWTOR end, then BW can fix it. But if the problems is with one of the many hubs or routers in between, you basically just have to wait it out.
