DOD AFM delete done, now problems!!!! So after getting the dreaded lifter issue (Cylinder 6) I decided to put a reman engine in with the DOD/AFM delete, so hopefully this wouldn't ever happen again- and due the fact that I had 190K miles on my 2007 Avalanche. Decided to buy Range AFM disable module and it works great! I did read about one 2014 owner that had problems with a stall at a stoplight and had to unplug the Range before he could get going again. Someone else noted that the Range AFM Delete had not been developed for the 2014 models yet. I would like to hear from 2014 owners of the 5.3 engine that are using the Range. Any info would be appreciated.
