We also tried fitting the 9mm 24/7 barrel into a PT 111 G2/3 and it was a perfect fit with about 3/4" of the barrel extending out the PT 111's slide up front.PT145 Millennium Pro won't fire. The firing pin block safety won't release and permit the gun to fire. I took the slide out and can see the problem.
