Okay yes the LMGs are still good but most of the things you just mentioned got massively nerfed last update (SCAR HAMR and L86 LSW notably). Honestly the best right now is probably the RPK12 if you can hyperburst because it's 1000 RPM with more penetration than an M60 with Super AP.
