If you had an efficient turbo and race gas and all the supporting things plus tuning you could run 29psi. On a stock hotair the car will stop getting faster around 19psi.

The car seems real slow out of the hole so I took out about 5% fuel in 1st and 2nd gear and added 1 degree of timing.
