Rename your d3d11.dll inside the game folder to dxgi.dll and it should work again. Steam shares the overlay hook with Gshade. Steam and discord overlay tend to be really buggy. Most disable them for this reason. There is some setting you need to change on the gshade installer for the overlay to work.
