Same for me: In yuzu it feels like slowmo but not really laggy or stuttery.(It is not like the "low-FPS-feeling" I have in other PC-games; there it gets stuttery) I use Mod called "60FPS" (v1.6.0). Without that Mod i'm with 30 FPS and no slowmo. I'm using the OPENGL setting, because VULCAN makes it worse.30fps mods for botw? The player character assumes the colors of malice while standing in it. Rain stutters or moves slowly. Particle effects do not move correctly on normal accuracy. Best setting is to play it on cemu with more powerful reshades and graphics packs. Answering your question, I play it at 16:9 1080p 60fps. My overall settings are: Vulkan (as I have an AMD card), GPU on normal, no bilinear filter (as FXAA make some dark areas look worse) and the rest pretty much at default.
