Not saying this is the absolute 110% ultimate way to build, but there's obviously synergy between bleed on the katana, dragon communion seal, and ARC.Arcane seems to be in a really good place right now. Infusing with bleed to up it's bleed buildup or occult to scale with arcane can get pretty strong. There will be some bosses that don't bleed though so you'll want a backup option in those instances. With 70 int and the right talisman I can consistently hit people for 1600 damage with the moonveil weapon art.
