Use your passive, and early on you can use your melee attack pretty frivolously. Get behind things with shift (stealth) and then come out with the stun, slash, bangbangbangbang and finish with R. If you've got even okay damage, big enemies like golems and elder lemurians should die to this.

Command makes it pretty easy. Play drizzle, stack crit, then 20 backup mags (you could do it with less fairly easily too but it becomes reliant on your R) and then a load of defensive items without any damage. Just kill all the bosses by spamming M2 until they level up enough to not be dead by the time you reach 20. 4.
Desperado is better for damage, lights out is a lot more fun though. Eh, they both kinda suck endgame honestly. I prefer lights out cuz popping wisps over and over feels soooo good, but desperado damage is nice. After a while either one just becomes a method to proc bands tbh. Desperado 100%.

You need to beat the game on monsoon. You can obtain the ‘ (Character) Mastery’ achievement and unlock before the rest of the unlocks. If you can obliterate (or win) on monsoon, you need nothing else. If you just want the skin you could do artifact of command however if you do that we will grant you the skin but not the rank of master.
