no!!!! that is not the jack point. the four jack points are located ; front two, just behind the front wheels. Rear two, just in front of the rear wheels. There are small strong thick steel plates bent at a 90 degree angle in each location. The manual does show them.

Jack up the car using the rear or front "good" jack point tab with a block of wood between the jack and the tab. Or better yet, use the original stock jack that came with the car. Lift the car high as the jack can go. Then, straighten out the bent tab using a large cresent wrench or pipe wrench. Should be possible.
